On that cold spring with sunshine, the gathering was held with open discussion and chat. The chat was made interesting with a presentation by the first reader of the book, Professor Dr. Alireza Ebrahimi. After introduction of the book discussion started with merger of cultures of the pluralistic United States and diverse India, while highlighting contradictions in open societies. Queensborough County President of New York sent his assistant Mr. Subrato Datta to celebrate the event. Prof. Dr. Kusumita Pederson highlighted several issues brought up through the book of merging of two diverse cultures. Several others joined through brief opinion sharing were Mr. Adhirnatha Keefe, Dr. Shefali S. Dastidar, Mr. Khurshedul Islam, Mr. Dilip Chakravorti, and more. There was a special action from Dr. Sumita Sengupta.
